Abstract
Questions on rationing of production`s quality of plant growing, characteristic of the modes and ways of storage of grain masses, actions which increase stability of grain masses at storage, processing of grain and oily seeds, storage of potatoes, fruits, vegetables, grapes and a basis of their processing are reported.
